Led and helped build a new global video studio from the ground up, through longform YouTube content, and ran the U.S.-based shows team from NYC. Supervised all development and production on all green-lit pilots from pitch to publish. In partnership with our UK office, reshaped the Daily Mail brand through short and longform series, retraining the YouTube algorithm with new ad-friendly formats, channels, and record-setting organic views and RPM-revenue within the first 6-12 months.

Built out brand new YouTube channels for optimal growth and algorithm gaming; work directly with Google to port over videos and metrics
People and project management, budget planning, vendor negotiations, research and creative development, hiring, and implementing new systems for both U.S. and UK shows team falls under my responsibility, while also spearheading production POs, processes, and execution from start to finish for all U.S.-led shows from NYC office.

Results:
Rebranded Daily Mail’s main YouTube channel to Daily Mail World; added +1 million subscribers in 18 months.
Rebranded Daily Mail Entertainment; added +20K subscribers in <6 months.
Newly created YouTube verticals include: Daily Mail True Crime (0-150K subscriber growth in <6 months), Daily Mail Business (0-15K subscriber growth in <6 months), Daily Mail Sport (0-90K subscriber growth in <6 months)
Implemented Monday.com project management system for first 12 months, then transitioned to Airtable for entire video team
Implemented new production processes, and introduced tools like Cheqroom for equipment management
